So we already "celebrated" that anniversary. Also just to let everyone know, we did not have any insurance on that. Total 100% loss. No insurance scams going on. We had a lot of money in all of that stuff but luckily it was mostly paid for. I can easily say it was 1M worth of Z parts if we had been given the opportunity to sell the stuff over the next few years. Luckily we now have more parts cars than we did then. It took about 6 months or more to clean that mess up, then we poured a 400 foot long concrete slab in its place that we now have completely filled with parts cars sitting on both sides. It was a hard lesson but we survived it.
